1. Who We Are

Alov Air-Sea Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a freight forwarding and logistics company registered in Nigeria. Our registered address is 5 Adegoke Estate, Off Olufemi Road, Masha End, Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. You can contact us at info.africa@alovair-sea.com or call +234 704 545 7926.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use our quote request form or the AAS Network application form, we collect:

  • Your name (if provided)
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Your company name, and the service you are interested in
  • Your country and state (if provided)
  • The message or enquiry you submit

We also collect standard website analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data is anonymous and aggregated.

When you submit a form, our server also records your IP address and the time of submission. We use this only to block spam and abuse, and it is included in the enquiry email we receive. If you apply to the AAS Freight Forwarder Network, we also collect your company website, business address and the services you offer. Approved listings (company name, country, region, contact person, phone, email, website and services) are published in the public member directory.

On our homepage we use Mouseflow to record anonymous visits (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can improve the page.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit through our forms solely to:

  • Respond to your freight forwarding enquiry or quote request
  • Follow up on your shipment or logistics needs
  • Contact you regarding the services you asked about

We use Google Analytics data to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our content and services. We do not use analytics data to identify individual users.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your enquiry details may be shared with our internal team to process your request. We use these service providers to run the website: Google Analytics and Google Fonts (Google LLC), Google Maps on our contact page (Google LLC), Mouseflow for homepage visit recordings, the WATI WhatsApp chat widget, and Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people and bots apart on our forms. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request, and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic. These cookies do not contain personal information. By continuing to use this website, you consent to the placement of these cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
